One of our proudest partnerships is with Sea Smart, a Vancouver-based non-profit aimed at educating and empowering new generations of Ocean Heroes. One of the ways we are involved with Sea Smart is through the funding of their amazing summer camps!
Do you know of any special kids between 6 and 10 years old who love the outdoors or are looking for a fun STEAM camp? Our partner Sea Smart has a few spots left in their outdoor summer camps at Kits Beach and Trout Lake in Vancouver.
They run different camps to fit diverse interests and focuses, with the main emphasis on fun and connecting with nature, including:
- Ocean STEAM camps focused on scientific inquiry and using art to express solutions to conservation challenges
- Girls-only camps to smash the gender barrier in STEM
- Climate Action camps to help kids combat climate anxiety
They also offer bursaries to ensure there are no financial barriers to joining their camps.
We can’t wait to welcome your changemaker kids to Sea Smart’s camps!
