We are proud to announce the arrival of two brand new custom-built Zodiac vessels, The Secret and The Joker, expanding our Victoria fleet!
Locally designed for comfort, performance, and unforgettable wildlife encounters, these 12-passenger vessels will enhance the experience for both guests and crew on the Salish Sea.
Built by Sidney-based Titan Boats, the industry leader in eco-tourism vessels, these new additions are part of the Titan D-Series, purpose-built for coastal wildlife viewing. Prince of Whales has long partnered with Titan Boats, with all 10 of its existing Zodiacs constructed by the company. The addition of The Secret and The Joker marks a continued investment in quality, safety, and innovation on the water.
Secret and Joker feature spacious layouts ideal for small groups, onboard airline-style washrooms, and Shockwave seating systems to reduce impact and improve ride comfort. These upgrades will not only elevate the guest experience but also provide increased support and comfort for captains operating in dynamic marine conditions. The new Zodiac vessels will be integrated into our existing fleet rotation and operated alongside our current boats. They will be used on Prince of Whales’ signature Zodiac whale watching tours departing daily from Victoria’s inner harbour starting July 2026.
These additions allow us to modernize the fleet, maintain the highest standards of reliability and guest comfort, and ensure consistent availability.
